Day Camp is full for the rest of the season. Starting in December, we are offering a day program called Dog School. Find more details here.
Day Camp is intended as a day training program that provides a well-rounded day of mental enrichment, formal training, playtime, rest time, and real-world experiences.
More focused and customized than daycare, and less intensive than Board & Train (your dog is home with you every night!)
We find it to be a happy medium to achieving new reliability and training goals with your dog - while giving them something to do during the day.
We communicate your dog's progress with you through photos, videos, e-mail updates, and a follow-up private training session (included in the price of the Day Camp program.)
During the private follow-up session, you will learn how to maintain your dog's progress.
Day Camp enrollment is open to most dogs.
Day Camp is a great fit for dogs of any age who would benefit from a custom training program with their own personal trainer, time outside of the house during the day,
structured playtime with other dogs and people (if appropriate)
As well as dogs who are overwhelmed by traditional daycare environments.
We ask that dogs applying for Day Camp meet these minimum criteria:
• Dog friendly to mildly reactive
(we cannot take aggressive dogs in Day Camp. See Private Training page for options for aggressive dogs.)
relatively comfortable in new environments
should be able to kennel/settle during break times.
While these are behaviors that can be worked on during Day Camp,
it does provide a smoother experience for the multiple dogs in our care
if these basic guidelines apply to your dog.
